Remember that documentary I was in that caused all that controversy back in 2005?

I’m excited to see the final product after all these years since the interviews were conducted. In my defense I’d like to say that I was a much younger, naive and starry eyed dude back in 2002-2003 when I first got interviewed for this film. A lot of the things I say in the documentary might seem a bit outrageously dated or dumb considering all that’s happened on the web since 2002-2003. For a taste of what I mean and the comments that tipped off all that furor back in ’05, here’s the first trailer where I say all those dumb things with that dumb look on my face.
It’s definitely a time capsule. Producers Sebastien Dumesnil and Robert Nichols did a wonderful job of catching the comics industry at a very interesting time when technology and the old way of doing things were really starting to mash together. For that alone I think this is a film worth watching and maybe its value will only increase as time goes on and the distinction between the digitally produced/published comics and traditional comics blurs. Visit Sebastien’s website for more info on the film…
